Sr. Electrical Engineer

Minimum 10 years engineering experience with electrical power generation and distribution systems in large utility power plants or large industrial cogeneration facilities. Requires experience with all phases of a project including preliminary conceptual system design & layout, detailed design, equipment selection & layout, construction specifications, protective relay selection, relay settings & coordination studies, equipment testing and startup problem resolution.  Experience with facility operations support is desirable.

Construction, Jr. Project Support

Manufacturing site requires the following construction/engineering support:

* Write Field Orders for new work items in SAP.
* Process Contract Change orders in SAP.
* Process Monthly Pay Applications in SAP.

EHS Manager

Responsible for the formulation, implementation, control and compliance with EHS&S policies, procedures and regulations. Responsible in designated areas of Environmental, Health, Safety, & Security in a manufacturing environment.
Responsible for compliance in all aspects of the Health, Safety, Environment and Security regulations as well as process safety at the site
Leads and maintains an integrated management system based on “Responsible Care Management System” from Corporate EHS&S, incl. policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable law, regulations and guidelines
Interacts strongly with the Director EHS&S / Process Safety or Regional EHS&S Manager, Plant Managers and the site management team
Ensures site compliance with national and local EHS&S regulations by maintaining all EHS&S permits, including new permit applications, renewals and modifications
Ensures that the company personnel are adequately trained with respect to EHS&S matters
Establish RC / EHS&S goals for the facility and develop programs to achieve the goals
Reports on an annual/monthly basis Health, Safety and Environment key performance indicators
Coordinate internal audits as required to ensure the management system is being adequately followed on both sides
Leads communication on learning from internal and/or external incident investigations and ensure integration of the new learning
Leads, facilitates and/or participates on Process Hazards Analysis team

JOB REQUIREMENT:

Hands on work experience in a chemical, pharmaceutical, or similarly related  manufacturing facility, prior management experience in EHS&S area required
Solid knowledge of EHS&S law, regulations, standards and permit requirements
Strong managerial, technical, interpersonal and communication skills
Proven leadership and influencing skills
Strong business and EHS&S process orientation
Analytical skills and experience in Project Management work

Mechanical Engineer – Boiler Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Senior Boiler Engineer will provide boiler engineering support for operating Energy from Waste  facilities with regards to performance and condition assessments, design modifications, and the upgrading and replacement of boiler pressure part components.  
The responsibilities will include:
• Results Engineer functions including:
 Collecting, and analyzing performance data
 Conducting design and performance calculations
• Working in conjunction with the Boiler Reliability group in assessing pressure part component condition and designing improvements
• Working with facility personnel to understand operating and maintenance practices and the impact on boiler performance
• Optimizing boiler operation to maximize facility production
• Recommending changes in procedures, equipment, or materials as necessary to maintain and improve boiler performance, reduce O&M costs, and increase reliability
• Conducting pressure part inspections
• Development and application of materials for improved boiler performance and component life
• Support of new construction activities as related to boiler design

REQUIREMENTS

A BS in Engineering with a 10+ yrs experience in steam generator design, testing, and operation
• Steam Generator OEM  or Utility Operations and Maintenance experience strongly desired
• Ability to perform onsite inspections of boilers and components
• Familiarity with ASME BPV codes and requirements
• Approximately 50% travel will be required
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Strong PC Skills including MS-Office, Boiler Analysis Software, and AutoCAD
• Understanding of boiler tube corrosion and failure mechanisms
